Such a good time meeting up with friends again, the last one we went to was before Covid 19 hit, back in 2019.

Not quite as many collectors this year but it didn’t stop them from having fun. There were trips out to see the Glass Flowers at Harvard and another to the New Bradford Glass Museum and the Sandwich Glass Museum.

There was also a day of demonstrating at the Black Stone River Glass Centre (A hot glass studio) close by. This is where I got roped into assisting…which I hate doing….But Mayauel Ward makes really heavy blown pieces and I caught Sue holding the iron for him while he torched flowers onto the glass. I thought Sue might not cope with the weight so took over. Damon McNaught, Willie David Manson, Gordon Smith, Clinton Smith, Dave Graeber, and Stephen Boehme also demonstrated either on a torch, at the furnace or both….Here’s a few photos curtsy of Rosann Baum Millus…Convention poster, Sue and myself at the Artists Fair, all the participating artists together,  and an evening during the Dealers Fair.
