Mike has been working hot glass since starting as an apprentice in 1974, initially in factories then switching to studio in 1989. Mike specialises in cane work of which he is self taught to the highest of standards. Along with Sue his wife they give presentations and demonstrations throughout the USA.
Twists Glass Studio is based in Selkirk, a small town on the A7 between Hawick and Galashiels, in the Scottish Borders.
